Garmentainers 40' x 8' x 8'6"

20' standard steel containers, with a payload capacity of up to 28,160 kg, are ideal for high-density, heavyweight cargo and general use. They can also be fitted with garment hanger bars for GOH shipments. Garmentainers offer flexibility and cost savings, available in 20 ft and 40 ft sizes.

Container Specifications:

40' Standard Steel Container

40' steel containers transport general cargo with a 28,760 kg payload and 32,500 kg gross weight, exceeding ISO standards. They include a gooseneck tunnel and fit 22+ garment hanger bars.

40' High Cube Steel Container

40' high cube containers, one foot taller than standard ones, are ideal for voluminous cargo. They have a payload capacity of 28,550 kg, a gross weight of 32,500 kg, and can fit 22+ garment hanger bars

45' High Cube Steel Container

45' high cube containers, at 9'6" tall, have an 86.5 cubic meter capacity, ideal for voluminous lightweight cargo. They feature a gooseneck tunnel and can fit 24+ garment hanger bars.

48' High Cube Steel Container

The 48' high cube container, with a 98.8 cubic meter capacity, is ideal for lightweight cargo. Shipping lines offer these containers for international shipments from Chiwan, China, to U.S. destinations via their intermodal network.

53' High Cube Steel Container

The 53' high cube container, with a 108.6 cubic meter capacity, is ideal for lightweight cargo. Mainly used in North America, shipping lines uniquely offers these for international shipments from Chiwan, China, to the U.S.

20' 40” Open Top Container

Open top containers, in 20' and 40' sizes, are ideal for overheight cargo over 2.54m. They allow top or door-side loading, have lashing rings, and can be covered with tarps. Used for machinery and steel pipes, 20' containers have forklift pockets, 40' have gooseneck tunnels.

20' Collapsible Flat Rack Container and 40' Collapsible Flat Rack Container

Flat rack containers, ideal for overwidth and heavyweight cargo, allow overheight loads due to their open design. They feature reinforced bottoms and high-capacity lashing rings for securing machinery and steel products.

20' Tank Container

Shipping Lines operates a 24,000-litre ISO tank container fleet for liquid chemicals and liquid foodstuffs. These high-quality tanks meet international standards, commonly transporting hazardous chemicals and liquid food products.

For Exports,

We offer many Customers / exporters to bring their goods in Part-loads from various manufacturing basis ask us to place the containers at our premises so that the consolidation can be done and the container is then shipped on our own 20 or 40ft vehicles. We also facilitate Factory stuffing permissions on case to case basis so that you save the CFS clearing charges and the container is ready for Direct port entry.

For Imports,

We have the expertise to de-stuff the Customers/ importers cargo at our warehouse and redistribute the segregagated cargo, if required - with fresh MRP labels/Stickers, Lashing, to be sent to various depots and cities of the customers/factories or their distributors. The cargo is either sent in closed bodied trucks, open trucks, LCV’s, or Parcel services as suitable to the customer

Export /Import Cargo Transportation is our forte from past 40 years We cater with a fixed fleet of Vehicles 20/40ft flat beds of various categories & specifications with a daily handling capacity of 2000 M Tons + Gross tonnage

For Cross Docking,

For Cross Docking, we our own 40/20 ft ISO Containers wherein you as a customer can order your import cargo container from the ports, in our Trailers and do cross docking. The moment you issue instructions for shipment of the containers we will send the goods to your destination in our 20/40ft trailer. This process also saves you of space constraint at the factory / or distributors depot. You nearly save 40%, of what you would have ended up paying in demurrages to the shipping lines.

Warehousing Services is a Natural extension,

Warehousing services is a natural extension of our expertise services, whilst handling cargo with due care and safety. Our Warehouses are located on the Mumbra-ShilPhata-Taloja-Klamboli – Jnpt Port Road, being the main Transit point for export import cargoes, arriving from South West North of India states. It is spread across 3.5 acres consisting of 20,000 ft RCC and 1,00,000 sq ft open space, can be used as a HUB for Segregation, Consolidation or for Cabot-age, so that you derive maximum from your freight costings.

The Chief executive officer ( Ceo ) of the company Mr. Kashyap P Kapadia is in the logistics industry since 1987- more than 3 decades of worldwide experiences in the field of Transportation, Warehousing & Logistics. He heads the day to day Operation & Marketing Management activities of our organisation. He is instrumental in getting the turnaround time of our vehicles reduced by 1/3 as compared to the original trip time taken by our drivers, inspite of the heavy congestion at the ports. The latest improvisation is the implementation of all the staff by Walkie Talkies in addition to cell phones. He is available for clarifications, problem sorting, either from the operation levels or from the customers point of view. He believes that Customer is the King.

For ODC Cargoes for Open warehousing

For ODC Cargoes for Open warehousing & Iron and Steel Shipments are also handled by us with expertise and ease. We have our own 60 – 100 ton- Cargo lifting Cranes, with our own well trained labor gangs available round theclock.

For Medicine & Food Cargo, are stored at a separate warehouse and are regularly fumigated as well as all safety rules are adhered to ensure the status of the cargo is eligible for onward journey.

Our Presence is strong within Maharashtra, & other states such Madhya Pradesh (MP), Gujarat, Daman, Silvassa, Andhra, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan & Goa. We also cater to other states on emergency basis
